let's have a coffee cocktail!
When preparing a cocktail, I suggest to look for balance. Using the right amount of sugar or other sweetener can certainly add value to the preparation.
Various liqueurs and spirits can be combined in a coffee cocktail. Some examples are Baileys, Rum, Kahlua, Vodka, Whiskey, Jenever, ...
I would avoid a combination with Gin.
Also very spicy drinks and derivatives of wine are tricky. Cointreau and Grand Marnier in a French coffee cannot be overstated.
