Return Policy

​

Before returning items, please contact NORD.C coffeeroasters.

​

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is damaged or used, there will be no refund. Please check that you have included your contact details with the return and if possible include a tracking number and a brief description of your problem.

​

NORD.C recommends requesting a receipt and packaging ID for the return from the parcel service, as it facilitates the follow-up of the return if necessary. NORD.C will refund eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we need a bank account number to which we can refund the money. This is easiest to communicate to us by e-mail.

Non returnable goods

​

Different types of goods are excluded from return. Goods with a limited shelf life such as food (eg coffee and tea).

Dispatch

​

In order to return your products, you will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. You must send your product to: NORD.C coffeeroasters, Hanzestraat 2, 8370 Blankenberge.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs will not be refunded, the costs of the return will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the delivery time of your exchanged product may vary.

Refund Policy

​

Our offer remains valid for 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, an item must be unused, unopened and in the condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund

​

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of receipt of your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

​

If approved, the refund will be processed, and an amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method, within 30 days.

​

Late or missing refunds

​

If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take a while for your refund to be officially posted. When you have done all this and you still have not received a refund, please contact us at  info@nordc.be

Discounted items

​

Only items without promotion are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund discounted items.

​

exchange

​

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to replace the item with the same product, please send us an email  info@nordc.be  and send your article to: NORD.C coffeeroasters, Hanzestraat 2, 8370 Blankenberge.
